Payments are upfront, and are made through either Paypal, Payoneer, or Fiverr. Payment can be split in milestones.

I do not offer refunds or chargebacks. I only accept payment once I am ready to start on a project.

I require clear and accurate instructions and reference images to be provided by the client.

Complete change of the project requiremenets or large portions of them after the work has been started is not allowed. Small details are ok.

Deadlines listed on the site are standard time I usually need to deliver. I will inform you the exact time while discussing your order.

Personal use of the product includes print for personal only display, wallpapers, posted as profile picture icons or shared on social media.

Commercial use comes for additional fee, except for vtuber models. Commercial use includes merch, printing for sale, usage for advertisment, etc.

Credit of the artist is required. For Live2D Models, the client agrees to credit me within their socials (Twitter, Twitch, Youtube etc.). For credit, use @usu4u.

NFT usage, use for advertisment of NFTs, etc., is not allowed for any of my services.

AI training, AI filters, usage for AI/ML models and everything inbetween is not allowed for any of my artworks/products.

Original source files belong only to the client and are not shared anywhere else.

Unless NDA is in place, I reserve the right to publicly display commissioned artwork and the process of working on it.

The rights to the model and the design belong to the client once commission is finished. Commercial rights are included in the price, all the profits earned belong to you.

Files provided will be .psd file, png & jpeg previews, and the files needed for tracking.

I retain authorship of the work only. Please credit me when using the model, e.g in twitter bio and on your twitch page.

Do not share your model’s texture atlas or full size png of your model with a transparent background. These files can be stolen and used to impersonate you and my work by scammers.

You are not allowed to redistribute the model files or post them in the public domain. This includes files that are necessary for tracking & model movements (.json, moc3, .psd, .exp3, .model3, .physics3)

Edits to the artwork or .psd by other artists is prohibited for models drawn by me. Vtube Studio recolor/addons are ok.

If you resell/give away your model, do discuss that with me before making the transaction with the new owner.

Reselling/giving away your model to people whose activity violates this TOS is not allowed.

Sharing one model between 2+ users after the completion of the order is not allowed. If you are planning to use it for a group, let me know beforehands when commissioning.

You are allowed to use emotes and panel icons as profile pictures, design elements for your stream and so on, as long as it’s not commercial usage.

Using emotes, panel icons for merchandise or paid content is forbidden unless you’ve purchased commercial rights additionally.

You are not allowed to copy or reuse textures I’ve created for your panel design for any other designs/artworks. However, creating something from a scratch that matches the color palette/mood is okay

You are responsible for ensuring that the artwork obeys the platform's terms of service. The artist takes no responsibility for emotes/panels rejected by Twitch or any other platform.
